How can I make a payment?
You can make payments through VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Amazon Pay, and Discover. We use SSL-secured checkout, so you can make your purchase with complete confidence.
I'm interested in a product, but I'm unsure about the sizing. What should I do?
You can refer to our size guide page to find the most accurate size. If you still have concerns, don't worry—simply reach out to us here, and our support team will assist you in selecting the perfect fit.
Can I return a product if it doesn’t fit or if I don't like it?
We want you to have a great shopping experience. If there's an issue with the sizing of your regular order, we offer a 15-day return or refund policy from the date of delivery. However, if the product meets the sizing specifications but isn't to your liking, returns or refunds will not be available after it has been shipped and delivered.
- Custom-made products are specifically tailored for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We also reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that don’t meet our established criteria.
None of the sizes seem to fit me perfectly; can I have a custom fit?
We take pride in our craftsmanship and strive for perfection in every jacket we make. After confirming your provided measurements, we make any necessary adjustments to ensure your custom jacket fits perfectly. Since custom jackets are tailored specifically for you, we don't offer returns as they can't be resold. However, our team works diligently to ensure a perfect fit on the first go.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Regular orders are typically made to order and shipped within 6 business days, but it can take up to 10 business days for your item to be shipped. For custom orders, we strive to minimize the fulfillment time and usually dispatch "Made to Measure" orders within 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity.
Does Free Shipping apply to all countries?
Yes, Free Shipping applies to all countries where we ship. However, it excludes countries such as Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC Sanctioned Countries.
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
You can always check the status of your order. Simply visit the Track Order page and enter your Order ID to get an update on your order's status. If the estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, feel free to contact us here.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
We aim to resolve any issues with faulty items as quickly as possible. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Care team with:
- The order number
- The faulty item's name and number
- A description of the fault (along with pictures)
We’ll get back to you within 24 hours, and once the details are verified, we’ll send you a replacement item as soon as possible.
Why was my payment declined, and what should I do?
our payment may have been declined due to several reasons:
- Incorrect billing address and phone number: Ensure that the billing address and phone number match those associated with your payment method.
- Credit card limit reached: Check your credit card limit; you may have reached your daily or total limit. You can try decreasing your daily spending limit or use a new credit card with a higher limit.
- Credit/Debit Card Number: Double-check that the credit or debit card number is correct and up to date.
- Credit/Debit Card Expiration Date: Ensure your card is still valid. If it has expired, update your credit or debit card information.
Will my parcel incur customs and import charges?
In most cases, customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the person receiving the parcel, and this applies to both retail and wholesale customers. LeathersInn has no control over these charges and cannot predict the cost, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before placing your order to avoid unexpected costs.

Can I get any type of jacket custom-made? What details do I need to provide?
Yes, at LeathersInn, we can create any type of jacket you desire. You can share a picture or design for reference and describe your vision in the Custom Order Form. We’re committed to crafting the perfect jacket for you.
Are there any charges for requesting a custom order, getting a quotation, or discussing a custom order?
No, there are no charges for requesting a custom order, obtaining a quotation, or discussing your design ideas. We only charge you once you decide to make an actual purchase of your custom jacket.
Can I get my jacket custom-made in any type of leather?
Absolutely! We take pride in sourcing the finest quality leather from the best tanneries around the world. Whether it's Lambskin, Sheepskin, Goatskin, Buffalo-hide, or Cow-hide, we’ve got you covered. With our extensive experience, we offer over 200 different leather articles, varying in type, pattern, color, shade, and thickness.
Do you offer custom orders in fabrics other than leather?
At LeathersInn, leather is our passion and our specialty. We focus exclusively on crafting high-quality leather jackets, so we do not offer custom orders in any other fabrics. If it's leather, we’ve got you covered.

I’m hesitant to place a custom order. How can I pay for something I haven’t seen in person?
We understand your concerns. At LeathersInn, we’ve refined our processes to ensure your custom order meets your expectations in every way:
- Sizing: Our customer support agent will guide you in taking accurate body measurements. If these measurements are provided correctly, the risk of sizing errors is minimal.
- Design & Quality: Before dispatching your order, we’ll share photos of your finished jacket. You can review the design, material, and craftsmanship, ensuring it meets your standards before it ships.
What if my custom jacket doesn’t fit perfectly?
We strive to make every jacket perfect from the start. If the jacket doesn’t fit, we offer a free first alteration to ensure it fits perfectly. However, since custom jackets are tailored specifically for you, they are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Can I return my custom jacket and get a refund?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders. Each custom jacket is made exclusively for you, incorporating your specific choices in style, material, and accessories, making it unlikely to be resold.

We aim to fulfill custom orders as quickly as possible, typically dispatching within 2-3 weeks. Since each custom order is unique, we cannot provide a fixed delivery date.
