1. Payments and Pricing:

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay. We do not accept personal checks for payment.

3. Cancellation Policy:

  • Order Cancellation: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel an order, you must contact customer support and request cancellation within this timeframe. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours under any circumstances.
  • Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Once an order has been dispatched or is under customs clearance, cancellation is no longer possible. In this situation, you will need to accept the parcel.
  • Time-Sensitive Orders: If our Customer Support Team has confirmed a specific delivery timeline, the order is considered time-sensitive. Due to the measures required to meet these deadlines, cancellations are not permitted once the order has been placed.

4. Free Gifting:

  • Eligibility: To qualify for a free leather gift upon sign-up, the order value must exceed $135.
  • Limitations: Each customer is eligible for one free gift only.
  • Returns: If an order is returned, the gift must also be returned. If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Account Responsibility: All registered users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords.
  • Age Restrictions: Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as users of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
