Returning Made Simple

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you wish to return an item to LeathersInn, please follow the steps below within 15 days of receiving your order.

1. Prepare Your Return:

  • Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging to ensure they arrive in good condition. All items, including any complimentary products, must be returned in their original, unused condition along with the packing slip. If you're returning footwear, please ensure that the items are unworn, unwrinkled, and undamaged. If your item(s) arrived damaged, contact our customer support team at info@leathersinn.com immediately.

2. Ship Your Return:

Please include your order details slip with the returned item(s).

3. Contact Us Before Returning:

  • Our warehouses are located in the USA and South Asian Countries. Before proceeding with returns, do contact us at info@leathersinn.com to get your return address.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items to us. Shipping, handling, and any additional charges are non-refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.

5. Processing Your Return:

  • Once our fulfillment center receives and inspects your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will send you an email confirmation. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

Note: Regular products are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, while custom or made-to-measure products can only be returned for alterations.
